Our Mission

All Access creates customized outdoor experiences for anyone who is thirsty for an adventure. We provide splitboard, backcountry ski, avalanche safety gear, stand up paddleboard and surfboard rentals to Vancouver’s outdoors community. Our company differs from other rental shops by providing adventure gear on a delivery basis and offering beginner-friendly group meetups on the local mountains or beachfront at an affordable cost every week, as well as guided tours and other events.

Our Purpose

All Access is a Vancouver-based microbusiness driven by a social purpose of building healthy communities through boardsports and adventure. Our focus is to eliminate barriers to adventure sports for those who typically can’t afford them and help everyone get outside.

We are committed to keeping our rental and meet-up pricing accessible and affordable so that everyone can access the outdoors.  We are dedicated to giving back to organizations that support underprivileged youth, BIPOC women and queer folx in the adventure community and strive to protect the environment. We do this by collaborating with charitable organizations and non-profits to run events and fundraisers, and donating a portion of meet-up proceeds to various community groups each week.

Vision Statement:

To provide affordable gear and create inclusive communities so that everyone can access an outdoor adventure.

Chill Vancouver-all-access-adventures-splitboard-rental-vancouver-avalanche-safety-vancouver.png

Chill Foundation is a charitable organization that has an active chapter benefitting our youth in the Vancouver community. Their mission is to inspire young people to overcome challenges through boardsports. Chill works with participants from marginalized communities, leveraging the excitement and unique experience of snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, and paddleboarding, while incorporating life-lessons that promote personal growth and supportive community for those struggling with the negative circumstances that are holding them back.

Chill’s volunteers coach resilience, progression, and leadership, which are enhanced through the fun, yet demanding, experience of learning a new sport. By covering all costs and building strong alliances with schools, social service and juvenile justice programs, youth agencies, and other boardsports partners, Chill is able to change over 3,000 lives every year.

Chill is a part of the Burton Snowboards family since 1995, & proud to offer programs in 24 cities in 10 countries throughout the world.
