Sleddy

Founder + Owner of All Access Adventures

Sleddy (she/they) is a proud member of the LGBTQ + BIPOC community and born and raised in BC. Sleddy has been a boardsports enthusiast since she was13 years old. She lives to ride, climb, skate and travel to explore new surf spots, backcountry huts and resorts to shred. She founded All Access to help everyone and anyone access the backcountry or oceans safely and with quality adventure equipment. She is immensely passionate about making boardsports both accessible and affordable in Vancouver.

“All Access is a social purpose company with a big heart and we promise to give back to as many youth outreach, BIPOC, and environmental community groups as we can.”

Teresa

Business Development

Social Media Marketing//Advertising Assistant

Surfer, Fire Dancer, Registered Massage Therapist, Retired Snowboarder, Retired Skimboarder

Teresa (she/her/hers) is living and surfing in Costa Rica and (thanks to the Interweb!) is working remotely for All Access Adventures. She is an entrepreneur running a small Massage Therapy business as well as a Fire Dancing company. Formerly a Wreck Beach local, Teresa was a skimboarder and taught skimboarding for the Kayotics skimboarding camps. She also started snowboarding at 16 and after years of riding the resorts all over BC, Teresa took the Avy 1 Safety course and started exploring the slackcountry. Mid season of 2013 Teresa suddenly went into retirement from snowboarding when she moved to Costa Rica. Although surfing has completely taken over her life, she often dreams of shredding pow on a blue bird day with good friends. Whether it's on the mountains or at the beach, Teresa loves to have a board of some kind under her feet.

“Never turn your back on the ocean.”
